The Big Task

This position greets incoming callers and processes appointments for our business. Helps in a consistently professional, friendly, and urgent manner, conveying information accurately to external and other internal customers utilizing scripts and other internal sources to secure appointments for our technician’s.

Job Duties:

  • Use great customer service practices to answer incoming calls from customers and book appointments for our technicians.
  • Answer all calls with urgency and in a professional manner.
  • Meet the call center’s daily appointment setting goal numbers.
  • Utilize existing assistance tools, scripts, and systems to consistently book appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to offer maintenance warranties to customers.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction of service performed by technicians.
  • Check invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with SWP’s products and services.
  • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
Requirements:

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, and experience with outbound and inbound calls.
  • Ability to function well in fast-faced work environment.
  • Experience working in a call center setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • At least1 year of experience assisting customers in a call center or customer service environment.

  • This is an in-person / in-office role, where you are joining a team. This role is not remote or work-from-home supported.
