A “Day in the Life" of an IT Analyst:

• Generate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ITSM and other IT teams to ensure continuous improvement.

• Ensure ITSM processes meet agreed quality standards and compliance requirements, with links to Service Level Management as needed.

• Provide operational, implementation, and post-implementation support for ITSM initiatives, ensuring successful delivery.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to validate data quality, system functionality, and workflow accuracy.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop process documentation, and support regulatory compliance initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with 2 to 3 years of experience in roles like ITSM Coordinator or Business Analyst.

• Proficient in managing multi-layered or companywide communication effectively.

• High-level understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and ITIL best practices, with experience in ITSM processes.

• Familiarity with reporting and data management is considered a plus.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNOW is an advantage.
