How does this role play a part in the company's success:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the face of the company to prospective customers. You’ll be the first line of communication between the company and prospects. As an SDR you will share our message, build professional relationships, and generate new business for the company. Great SDRs will also impact other areas of the company beyond sales including marketing, support, and operations. The best SDRs can be promoted to Business Development Managers and have the ability to move into a Sales Director role within the organization.

Day in the life of an SDR:

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients.
  • Research companies to determine fit.
  • Reach out to prospects to gauge interest.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Make around 75-100 cold calls per day.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Create and develop new opportunities for your pipeline.
  • Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.

  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Great number sense and mathematical ability.

Comp: $40K-50K Base

Commission: Paid Monthly

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
