Responsibilities
- SUPERB customer service skills
- Answer all customer questions within quality standards
- Gather and input customer order information into proper systems to complete sales
- Determine customer needs through effective questioning
- As an Account Manager, you will need strong communication skills to provide solutions and answer questions properly.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
