Dion & Son s Inc. is seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the fuel industry. This role involves generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via Teams to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our fuel and lubricant products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the fuel or energy sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attributes:
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
