GoVeyance is growing…again. We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to be a vital part of the Vancouver/Lower Mainland sales team. If you have real estate experience, we want you - realtors, brokers, or conveyancers.

Job Details:
As GoVeyance continues to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the real estate process in British Columbia, combined with an energetic personality and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the legal industry.
  • Conducted product demonstrations for potential customers, tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Gather feedback on products and services, collaborating with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement and market intelligence.
  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans.
  • Represent GoVeyance at trade shows, conferences, and community events to enhance brand visibility.

This role requires 75% face-to-face interaction with existing and potential customers. The successful candidate must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to visit clients and prospects within Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum two years of experience in B.C. conveyancing or real estate industry and a strong understanding of the real estate process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent our brand positively, empathetically, and enthusiastically.
  • Proven self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment.
  • An asset is proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with GoVeyance or similar conveyancing platforms is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

  • Some type of Real Estate: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
