Overview
We are seeking a tenured Sales Coordinator to support the Head of Sales and Account Managers by administering the sales information system and provide all other administrative services for the Sales and Marketing department and staff. We prefer candidates who have experience with big box companies, required knowledge of the promo process with big box companies (specifically Costco, Lowes, Home Depot). The candidate will also have a strong e-commerce background and be familiar with online E-commerce procedures and expectations. Applicant must have at least 5+ years of experience, proven track record, pro-active and can work in a fast-paced team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide administrative assistance to Sales and Marketing department including producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department
· Responsible for end-to-end operational management of product listing on our partner portals (Nationals) including duties such as to monitor accuracy, reviews and any other daily operational needs, red-flag issues on partner website like incorrect product details mentioned or incorrect inventory ‘stock out’, and coordinate with the external partner to provide all backend details for our new website
· Responsible for handling daily sales operations including any retailer related forms, promo documentation, promo calendar maintenance
· Coordinate the process for onboarding products, step by step process of product launch
· launching promotions and other sales and marketing related functions
· Managing our CRM and customer portals -Commerchub, Hubspot and SPS commerce
· Pricing analysis, Review Ikou pricing
· Working with retail buyers to ensure promo schedules are adhered to and ensure the promo plan is onboarded
· Understanding of our competitors and their pricing – ensure we remain competitive in like product
· Create presentations – use of Canva is considered an asset
· Coordinating with outside resources for media use (Renderings, website etc)
· Maintain Sales Dashboards and promo calendars

· Creation and maintenance of product and customers and co-ordinate within internal teams to gather/ verify information
