Job Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting provided leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment promoting ethical business practices.
We have been a sales leader within our organization for several years and pay full, annualized commission on the first monthly dues payment.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our services
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through warm calling and follow-up communications
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update sales records
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Experience in outbound calling or warm calling is required
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
