Position Overview: As a Sales Specialist, your goal is going to be to assist online customers with completing their orders and provide additional information about products and services that may be a better fit.
Pay: $17/hr. (Paid Weekly!) + COMMISSION!

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to customers who have abandoned their orders on the company website within 30 minutes of abandonment, utilizing ZenDesk or another CRM system for customer information retrieval.
- Engage with customers via phone calls or emails to understand their reasons for not completing their orders and address any concerns or obstacles they may have encountered during the checkout process.
- Provide personalized assistance and support to customers, guiding them through the completion of their orders and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to effectively persuade and encourage customers to finalize their purchases.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams to identify trends or recurring issues leading to order abandonment and propose solutions for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of sales and/or lead generation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills
