Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Advertising Sales Representative to join our team and support revenue growth through the sale of advertising space and sponsorship opportunities across our print and digital platforms. This entry-level role will provide hands-on experience in advertising sales and business development, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting unforgettable experiences, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach to businesses offering unique experiences, advertisers, and sponsors, with a focus on both print and digital advertising.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Learn about Thirst Colorado Media's print and digital advertising options, including print magazine ads, online banners, sponsored content, event partnerships, and more.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to support the development of integrated advertising solutions.
- Learn to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and secure partnerships.
- Support tracking sales performance, pipeline, and activity using CRM software and other tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for promoting unforgettable experiences and supporting businesses that offer them.
- Interest in advertising sales, business development, or marketing.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Willingness to execute high volume of outbound contacts to build and maintain sales pipeline.
At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission with incoming total target compensation of $60K+

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
