We seek a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base and support the expansion of our services in the healthcare and medical sectors.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for Supera Fulfillment. This role will focus on building long-term relationships with clients in the medical, diagnostic, and healthcare sectors and will require a strong understanding of the fulfillment process for sample collection kits.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in target industries, particularly in healthcare, diagnostics, and medical devices, to introduce Supera Fulfillment’s services.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, following a consultative sales approach.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Supera Fulfillment’s services, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Reporting: Track sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and utilizing CRM tools to manage leads and customer data.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Onboarding, to ensure seamless transitions from sales to service delivery.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or fulfillment industries.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in consultative sales and client relationship management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Quick base preffered.
Characteristics: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary with commission/bonus structure based on performance.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
