Job Summary:

As a Regional Sales Representative at Custodia, you will be the frontline ambassador, delivering high-quality home and property maintenance assessments and customer service within your designated area. You are responsible for conducting 5-8 detailed home assessments daily, building strong relationships with customers, and driving the growth of our Home Management Plans (HMPs). This role requires a blend of sales acumen, operational efficiency, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our homeowners.

We are seeking candidates for the Etobicoke, ON region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Home Assessments: Conduct 5-8 comprehensive home maintenance assessments daily, providing a thorough evaluation of each property to determine the specific needs and potential services
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales and Growth: Present and sell Home Management Plans and individual services to homeowners. Utilize your understanding of Custodia's offerings to tailor solutions that meet customers' unique needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all assessments and services meet Custodia's high standards. Address and resolve any issues swiftly to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage your schedule and routes effectively to maximize productivity and meet daily assessment targets. Utilize company tools and technology to record assessment details and customer interactions accurately.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Custodia within the community, participating in local events and building a positive brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales 3+ years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using technology and various software tools.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of home maintenance and services.
  • Experience in property assessments

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel within the designated area for in-home assessments.
  • Hybrid work from home and office as required
  • Flexible working hours to meet customer needs, including some weekends and evenings.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $45,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
