**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 contractor. In this role, you will engage with potential customers in residential areas to generate leads and close sales for our roofing services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Educate customers about Grand Rising Exteriors' products and services.

- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions and estimates.

- Assist customers with any insurance claims and explain the scope of work.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners in designated neighborhoods.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with customers as necessary.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a related field.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

- Knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus but not required.

- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Must be able to climb ladders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $77,236.00 - $91,227.00 per year
