We are a leading Hemp-CBD & wellness products company committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. As our company grows, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to to support and drive our wholesale and distributor partnerships.
Position: Sales Account Manager (In-House, Some Local-Regional Travel Required)
Location: Lauderdale Lakes, FL
Position Overview:
As our Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and expanding our relationships with existing wholesale and distribution partners. Your responsibilities will include strengthening current partnerships, overseeing product placement within distribution warehouses & "Cash & Carry's", and driving new business by establishing fresh wholesale connections. The role requires a blend of in-office work, as well as regular visits to client locations, ensuring we maintain a hands-on approach with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing wholesale and distribution partners.
- Regularly visit client sites to solidify relationships, review product placement, and address any operational needs.
- Collaborate with clients on new orders, promotional strategies, and product restocks.
- Identify, prospect, and establish new wholesale accounts to expand our market reach.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, production, and distribution) to align on partner needs and product availability.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the hemp/CBD industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on wholesale and distributor relationships, ideally within the hemp, CBD, or wellness industries.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients and foster long-term partnerships.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently (at the local level) for client visits. Reliable transportation will be required for this aspect of the position.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail- to ensure optimal product placement and compliance within partner facilities.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing time and resources efficiently.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
