Job Description

The Dinsmore Auto Group has been serving customers in the South Sound since the 1950’s. The industry has changed a lot since those days, but the commitment of our family-owned and operated dealerships has remained the same – honesty, integrity, and a truly no-pressure shopping experience unlike any other!

As a result, we’ve continued to expand and are looking currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and team-oriented individual who is available to start immediately as a full-time BDC Representative at our Jet Chevrolet location.

Job requirements include but are not limited to:

- The Internet Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representative is responsible for receiving, responding to, and distributing internet leads along with providing general product and pricing info.

- Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.

- Call/Text/Email with the goal to establish a firm appointment date and time for the customer to visit the dealership.

- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general or related vehicle sales information.

- Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests.

- Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter into the BDC database with detailed notes.

- Utilize email templates and phone scripts provided by the dealership in addressing customer inquiries and concerns in order to meet the dealership’s objectives.

- Work in close proximity with other BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.

- Facilitate timely follow-up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.

- Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
