Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support their sales operations in Seattle, WA. The company specializes in construction equipment and maintenance services, serving a variety of sectors. The position requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calling, and customer follow-ups.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, providing expert advice on equipment and services.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed on the companys inventory, including features, specifications, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Quote & Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate quotes, ensuring all customer requirements are addressed.
- Order Processing: Ensure efficient and accurate order entry and fulfillment.
- Market Research: Keep track of market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement of services and product offerings.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50k + commission
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction equipment or a related industry.
