Job Description

We are looking for a responsible IT Inside Sales Rep / Office Admin Resource. Duties of the IT Inside Sales Rep / Office Admin include providing support to our clients and employees, assisting in daily office needs (phone answering), order processing, quote generating, basic marketing and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to Business Development Manager, CEO, and visitors
  • This job is 99% remote, so a proven ability to manage time and be responsive is critical
  • Act as the central point of contact for vendors and clients
  • Sending software/hardware “end-point” quotes to clients and processing orders
  • Process Orders for Software and Hardware as needed
  • Organize marketing materials into folders for sales teamAnswer and direct phone calls as well as help desk tickets
  • Close leads provided by vendors (software/hardware)
  • Calling vendor support for trouble tickets and product SKUs
  • Generate own Software / Hardware / IT Services leads
  • Maintain contact lists, deliver marketing mailings and email campaigns
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have some experience as office or sales rep for IT services, software and/or hardware
  • Optional: Proven experience as a receptionist, high demand customer service, or an administrative assistant
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Valid driver's license and a vehicle
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Professional business appropriate presentation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
