We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate professional to join our team. We are looking for a sharp, creative and responsible individuals who are self-starters, have strong communication skills, sales oriented and interested in the Real Estate loan industry.

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales prospects by cold calling and market canvassing
- Develop or grow your professional network
- Maintain regular, scheduled contact with existing and new potential borrowers via calls and emails and other means.
- Participate with strategies to enhance and adapt our prospecting efforts with shifting market conditions.
- Support the growth and accuracy of our data integrity and lead generation with Business Development Manager and Strategy team.
- Collaborate on the augmentation of operational efficiencies with leveraging new tech and automation tools.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree and/or professional certificates preferred, but not required (College students OK)
- LLC, Corporation or DBA registration is preferred, but not required
- Department of Real Estate Sales Person License is preferred, but not required
- 1-year minimum direct phone sales preferred, but not required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $88,392.00 - $157,955.00 per year
