Strategic Accounts at AWS is a portfolio of the world’s most influential companies. The leadership team is seeking a senior Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to create and execute the Technology Partner strategy nationally to accelerate key customer outcomes and priorities. Technology Partners Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in specific competency areas, including Data, GenAI, Migration, Modernization, and New workloads.

The PSM role is a customer-facing, sales position. The PSM will be dedicated to Strategic Accounts and be an extended member of account teams. The PSM will build and maintain external executive, delivery, and sales relationships with targeted ISV partners to drive AWS service adoption with account teams, as well as internal relationships with key senior partner and sales stakeholders within Strategic Accounts.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.   • Develop/execute a technology partner strategy for your accounts
  • Drive/deliver joint initiatives with technology partners, especially GenAI
  • Manage the partner pipeline and drive revenue
  • Establish/grow relationships with key partners.
  • Work closely with account teams on customer and AWS business priorities.
  • Have a deep understanding of the technology partner landscape in each account.
  • Align partner and AWS account teams/executives.
  • Ensure strong communication between partners, AWS, and customer on joint initiatives.
  • Manage execution of funding programs.
  • Write and deliver business reviews to AWS and ISV senior management teams.
Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics. * Strong writing and presentation skills. * Prior direct sales experience. * Pipeline management experience. * Experience with global/enterprise accounts. * Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
