Sales representatives are the principal point of contact between OTB and its customers. They serve as the face of the company, from answering product queries to researching and pursuing sales leads. OTB’s growth hinges on sales performance. We are looking for a Print Sales Representative with customer focus and drive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving clients’ needs and has a team mentality, enthusiastic and can provide and sustain a long-term customer relationship.

Print Sales Representative Job Responsibilities: The following list of day-to-day job responsibilities may differ significantly depending on the sales area the position will focus on. Some responsibilities include:
- Serves customers by selling our services and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
- Greets potential customers, listens to their needs and problems, and steers them toward our services that can help them to address their needs.
- Adjusts the sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet and needs of the potential customer.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Inputs prospects and customer information using OTB’s CRM system.
- Provides fast quotes/estimates.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual progress.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products/equipments, delivery schedules, etc.
- Recommends best possible solution to customers.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations.
- Works constantly with the team to improve customer-facing communications.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Work Hours: We are looking to hire freelance/seasonal/part-time on contract for up to 6 months. Possibility of full-time employment or a longer term contract. Working hours will vary 10 - 25 hours a week. Working remotely is an option.
