Responsibilities
As a Branding Growth Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales and
expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential
corporate clients in your assigned region. Conduct thorough research to
understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies.
Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers
and influencers within target organizations. Leverage networking opportunities
and cold calling to generate interest in Optamark products and services.
Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales presentations that showcase
the value of Optamark offerings. Effectively communicate our unique selling
points and address customer concerns.
Order Management: Manage client orders through our proprietary software,
ensuring smooth processing and timely delivery.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the
sales process and beyond. Address client inquiries and resolve issues
promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the
graphic communications or promotional marketing industry.
Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on a combination of base salary and commission, with
the specific structure determined by experience and performance.
Location: Remote Work with focus these locations (East: Massachusetts, New
York, New Jersey, Maryland); (West: Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Seattle,
Denver, Phoenix); (North: Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Michigan, Ohio); (South:
Miami, Orlando, Savannah, Charleston)
