CS Beatty Construction is looking for candidates to fill the following positions within our company. (Applicants must have prior knowledge of the equipment and its operation before being considered for this position)

Construction Laborer

To obtain a position within our company, the applicant must submit to the following Pre-Employment Screening. (Applicants must be able to provide a valid State Driver’s License, Federal Social Security Card, or Birth certificate for their respective state).(pre-employment screening will be completed in accordance with States and Federal laws)

· Pre-Employment Background investigation (mandatory)

· Pre-Employment Drug Screen (Mandatory)

· Pre-Employment Physical (Mandatory)

Job Description (The CS Beatty Construction Employee Must be able to but not limited to)

· Follow all OSHA, MSHA, and Company rules for job safety

· Follow all instructions given by his/her Superintendent

· Be able to arrive on time before beginning his/her shift

· Provide their own transportation to work

· Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees

· Be able to work flexible hours

· Work on the weekends

· Travel out of state to work

· Have an understanding of the task he/or She was hired for

· Submit to on-site drug screening

· Follow all guidelines in the CS Beatty Construction Handbook

· Be able to lift 20 lbs. on a frequent basis
