Role Description

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to work with Finch, which builds innovative marketing software for the hospitality industry. This full-time remote role focuses on presenting Finch's product portfolio to bars and restaurants in New York City. This role could be a great opportunity as a side gig, or if you're new to sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Onboarding:

  • Identify and target potential hospitality venues, including casual dining restaurants, sports bars, pub-style bars, bistros, neighborhood taverns, and rooftop bars and lounges.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients to pitch Finch's marketing screens and associated app.
  • Understand client needs and tailor presentations to demonstrate how Finch's product can enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Supervise installation and onboarding when the customers sign up

Requirements:

  • Ideally some experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the NY hospitality market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients in person.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.

Compensation:

This role offers a lower base pay with high commission potential. To hit around $100k annually, you'll need to close a handful of accounts each month—meaning you'll be visiting ~ 150 venues/month. Think you've got what it takes?

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
