About the Role:
As a CBRE Waste Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of waste planning efforts. This job is part of the Waste Management job function. They are responsible for the oversight of removal and waste management, recycling, and waste treatment.
- Ensure small to medium-sized waste shipments are correctly processed in accordance with all Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Accept inbound orders for regulated waste requirements.
- Review all shipping documents, profiles, labels, and markings for each scheduled inbound order.
- Submit all completed waste stream profiles for approval. Record all relevant registers and ensure records are up to date.
- Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage Sr. Coordinator.
- Complete accurate Waste Shipment records. Prepare approved waste for outbound shipment.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
