Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supporting Distributor Sales Representatives with the Lakeland brand. This position would be collaborating with a team of Lakeland, Distributor and Manufacture Sales Professionals in the food service industry. Duties would include working trade shows, presenting at sales meetings and consultative selling to restaurants and schools. This position will communicate with a Distributor's team of salespeople to find opportunities, arrange, sample, show products to customers, discuss the features and benefits of a product / brand and offer ideas to profitably incorporate products into their menu.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
