Job Description

Summary:
As an Industrial Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our industrial service lines, which include field machining services, mobile torque wrench and calibration, heat treating services, on-line leak sealing, hot taps & line stops and more. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of at least 1 year in industrial services sales.
  • Previous experience in B2B outside sales, customer service, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, familiarity with ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our industrial services, including their technical specifications and applications, as well as market services at industry events and trade shows.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, technical support, and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable insights to the sales team and management.
  • Technical Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the appropriate industrial services for their specific needs by offering technical advice and solutions.
  • Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for customers, ensuring they meet their technical requirements and budget constraints.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with customers, overcome objections, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using the company's CRM system.

Working Environment

Work is performed in both an office/home environment as well as field work in factories, plant atmospheres, and/or on jobsites. Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection. May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
