YOU
You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As an Associate Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for servicing the customer by handling all types of customer problems and request as well as processing orders - usually by telephone.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Answer approximately 75 phone calls a day and provide customers with requested information (pricing, ship dates, …). Input orders into the computer. (90%)
Provide technical help when needed. (10%)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 3 months Related experience and/or training.
- Computer Skills: type a minimum of 40WPM.
- Accountability & Dependability: able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance.
- Mathematical Reasoning: able to apply basic Algebra and Geometry concepts. Able to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimal equivalents.
- Reading Comprehension: able to read and write simple correspondence and able to follow instructions.
- Analysis/Reasoning: able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Customer Focus: ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems.
- Communication: able to communicate one-on-one, small group settings and via email.

PAY
$22.31 - $27.88 / hour
