Job Title: Inside Sales VIP Account Representative
Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales VIP Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our VIP accounts ensuring their sustained growth and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will extend beyond maintaining existing accounts to include curating new business opportunities and identifying potential accounts with VIP potential. You will spearhead targeted TOMA (Top of Mind Awareness) campaigns and collaborate closely with sales representatives to optimize account management strategies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of VIP accounts fostering their progress and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities leveraging market insights and prospecting techniques to expand our VIP client base.
- Coordinate sales efforts across various territories and collaborate closely with sales representatives to optimize account management strategies.
- Develop and execute TOMA campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reinforce client loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Handle any other related duties as assigned, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in multitasking and managing priorities effectively even in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory, market dynamics, and client preferences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving challenges.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
