Job Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process client policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from clients.
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
- Document each client contact in eAgent.
Job Requirements
- Current Property and Casualty license required.
- A Minimum of 1 year insurance sales experience required.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter.
Applicants must have a Property and Casualty License.
