This is primarily a remote position; however, availability for attending events and making in-person client visits when necessary will be required.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Parallel Staff, you’ll be key to our growth by finding and connecting with new business opportunities. You’ll team up with our sales and marketing team to generate leads, nurture prospects, and set up appointments for our Account Executives. Your friendly outreach and ability to build relationships will help us grow our customer base and make a real impact on our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets and industries.
Outbound Outreach: Utilize email, phone calls, and social media to engage with prospects and introduce our IT solutions.
Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system, tracking metrics to measure success.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns, providing feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, in the and/or IT Outsourcing services.
- Preferably has experience working in IT companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Understanding of IT concepts and technologies.

Compensation
Pay Structure: Salary + Commission
This position reports to the VP of Operations.
