Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for organizing and routing reoccurring jobs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging technical sales expertise. Leads are generated inhouse via our sister company. The main sales objective will be to convert existing clients into new clients for our pest control business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the owner to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Provide product and service knowledge to customers during the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a focus on outbound calling.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to understanding client needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
