Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. You will play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our overall sales strategy. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members alike.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
