La Posada Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
