Worldwide BDC is expanding our operations and we are on the hunt for energetic, bilingual (Spanish/English) telemarketers to join our vibrant team. No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive paid-training to all new team members. This position offers the chance to earn outstanding commissions every week. Role and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and respond to incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Expertly schedule appointments through inbound and outbound calls.
- Utilize your computer and phone skills to boost appointment bookings.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English - both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Must be 18 or above.
- No prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is necessary. We will train you!
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shift with flexible options.
- Day shifts, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays with overtime opportunities.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
