Job Summary:

Imagine leading the marketing charge for a dynamic company in the healthcare supplemental benefits and fintech space. As our Vice President of Marketing, you'll be the mastermind behind our B2B go-to-market strategy. We're looking for a hands-on leader, someone who thrives on execution and can translate our vision into impactful marketing initiatives that drive growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where polish and executive presence are vital. This position will work from our corporate headquarters in Plantation, FL or can be remote with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that propel us towards achieving ambitious company goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of corporate marketing, becoming a digital/online brand management guru, an SEO strategist, a partnership marketing pro, and a client marketing champion – all rolled into one.
  • Craft and implement a stellar new client onboarding kit, including FAQs, to ensure a smooth client journey.
  • Partner with the Sales team to create sales enablement materials that convert.
  • Product Management and partnership go-to-market support
  • Become a master of audience segmentation, tailoring your marketing message and approach to resonate with investors, retailers, health plan clients, and partners.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring every dollar spent delivers a powerful return on investment.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone thrives.

Qualifications:

  • Boasts at least 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally within the healthcare software, supplemental benefits, or fintech industries.
  • Has a proven track record of creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads and elevate brand awareness.
  • Lives and breathes digital marketing – SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing – you name it, you know it.
  • Understands B2B marketing best practices inside and out, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Communicates with confidence, fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Is a natural leader who motivates and inspires their team to achieve peak performance.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possesses high emotional intelligence and leads by example.
