Business Development Manager - Security

As a Manager of Business Development, you’ll be the tip of the spear when it comes to driving profitable growth across your Area of Responsibility.
A typical day might include the following:
- Contacting Prospects to set up meetings for the current and following week.
- Conducting Security Site Assessments to best understand a Prospect’s current program, threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and desired outcomes.
- Focusing on competitive takeaways while also reviewing incoming RFP opportunities. Competitive Takeaways > RFPs.
- Building proposals that include our full spectrum of offerings through our Hybrid Security market approach.
- Tracking all engagement information in our CRM platform as a means to provide maximum visibility while improving your approach over time.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Base Salary: $100,000/Year dependent on experience and geographic market.
Commission: In addition to your base salary we have a highly competitive Sales Incentive Plan.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- RFP: 3 years (Preferred)
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Willingness to travel:
- 25% business travel
Work Location: In person
