This is a full-time position offering an excellent earning opportunity with uncapped commissions.
The role is home based, not a traditional realtor broker role, though realtor experience will be a plus. The successful candidate will be hard working and will identify motivated sellers through telephone cold calling techniques within residential real estate, the candidate must possess strong negotiation and closing skills and proven experience in cold calling sales is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Building sales pipeline with new clients , follow up with buyers and sellers and title companies, providing top-tier communication and organizational skills.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process by responding promptly to queries and keeping clients informed within our CRM.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and realtors. Strong interpersonal skills are required to establish trust and rapport.
Conduct market research to stay informed of the latest trends in the real estate space and provide clients with competitive advice.
Manage property pipelines, including creating appointments and conducting timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
A strong sales background with extensive experience in telephone outbound cold calling with solid follow-up skills. Knowledge of Excel is required.
Strong negotiation skills, coupled with a "Can-Do Attitude" and a "Make it Happen Mindset," with the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including tenacity and resilience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
