About This Role
As the Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering sales support to our solar dealer network, ensuring they possess the requisite resources and tools to successfully promote our solar products. We are seeking a candidate with outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in handling multiple tasks concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain solar dealer accounts, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales dealers, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering open lines of communication. Develop a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide effective support and collaboration.
- Act as a mediator and problem solver when issues or challenges arise between sales dealers and the company. Address concerns or complaints from sales dealers, working with relevant internal departments to find appropriate resolutions. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development of sales training materials and product literature for our solar dealers
- Resolve project issues that prevent deal progression
- Identify projects out of SLA and take timely action to get them back on track
- Familiarity with sales and CRM software programs
- Organized, focused on deadlines and deliverables, self-motivated
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in solar
- Solar Project Management experienced preferred but not required
- Demonstrates understanding of solar sales, and builder product sales process
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of commissioning technicians
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements
