Job Description
As the Sales Development Manager your primary purpose will be to lead and develop a team of sales development representatives. This role involves working closely with the team to meet sales targets, crafting and implementing effective sales strategies, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance performance.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will:
- Research and identify new clients and markets for ProfitSolv’s services or products, providing data-driven recommendations
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales representatives as required
- Hold weekly meetings with representatives to address challenges and ensure consistency in meeting or exceeding targets
- Schedule and conduct biweekly one-on-ones with each representative to review KPIs, discuss career goals, and provide support
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate new employees on the company’s services and products
- Prepare regular reports on forecasted demos, sales activity, commissions, and other key metrics for management review
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets by developing and refining sales strategies while providing ongoing coaching to the sales development team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client objectives and needs are fully met
- Communicate challenges and needs to the Director of Sales Development as necessary
- Foster an inclusive, results-oriented team environment through sales meetings, competitions, events, and other team-building activities
- Perform other duties as assigned

A great fit for this position has:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales development required
- Prior management experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ProfitSolv products and services preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team toward achieving goals and objectives
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proven ability to address and resolve challenges in real-time
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the Raleigh ProfitSolv SDR office

- Prior experience in the SaaS industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to travel as needed
