Max James State Farm of Rockville, Maryland is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Property & Casualty license is required
- Sales or client-facing experience is required
- Microsoft OS experience, must be tech savvy
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with existing clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial services and insurance opportunities with both existing and new clients
