Maple Electric Supply Ltd, is a Canadian market leader in lighting, wire and cable,safety and automation. We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become a part of our team. Requirements:
- Assist customers with any inquiries In-Person & via phone on a daily basis
- Maintain & expand the customer database
- Receive and process orders as required
- Make follow-up calls to customers
- provide technical support
- 1-2 years of inside / counter sales experience within the electrical distribution.
- Product knowledge of the electrical components and overall business
Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative/Counter Sales, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth and providing technical support to our customers. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, along with a solid foundation in sales techniques. You will leverage your negotiation and B2B sales expertise to foster relationships and close deals effectively. Your ability to navigate Salesforce and understand technology sales will enhance our business development efforts. Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
