Join Our Team as a Sales Development Representative!

Are you a skilled salesperson with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer success? We are seeking a friendly and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative for our medical devices company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with prospective clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable medical devices.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique requirements.
  • Utilize excellent soft skills to establish rapport and trust with prospects, fostering a strong connection from the outset.
  • Drive sales through effective communication and tailored solutions, ultimately achieving customer satisfaction and success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on customer experience and success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to understand and address the needs of customers.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, capable of guiding customers through the sales process with care and expertise.
  • Located in Ohio, or in Indianapolis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
