Daily Duties for our Entry Level Sales Representative:

Meet with potential new customers to educate them on the benefits of the products, services, and sales promotions that are currently available
Direct customers through the sales and activation process in a patient and informative manner, to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction
Establish contact with new and current customers through territory leads
Effectively manage your provided territory
Assist the Management department and Sales Representative team in generating new marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic that will help increase product sales
Attend in-person meetings, zoom calls, and scheduled webinars to supplement sales techniques, maintain current on industry trends, and gain additional information on our clients and their available products and services
Keep track of all customer information in our system, including billing, address, contact information, and any relevant data

Qualifications for our Entry Level Sales Representative:

1-2 years of experience as an Entry Level Sales Representative, customer service representative, retail or customer-facing role
Possess a strong student mentality and the ability to accept and implement feedback
Ability to memorize and retain information about products, services, and special offers our clients’ have available
Strong communication skills and ability to show empathy to potential customers
Positive attitude with the ambition to continuously learn and grow their skillset
Outstanding time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
