Job Description
Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, this position will be responsible for tracking and tracing each load, creating Bill of Ladings and scheduling appointments.
Duties:
· Track and trace every load in transit through Excel and TMS
· Prepare accurate bills of lading
· Manage customer portals for the purposes of appointment scheduling
· Provide support for sales and operations team as it pertains to commercial moving and logistics projects
· Scan and maintain electronic filing daily
· Professionally communicate with vendors and customers via phone and internet
· Work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional departments including sales, operations, accounting, shipping and receiving
Skills/Qualifications:
· Associate degree preferred but not required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Able to work efficiently and with accuracy under pressure while meeting deadlines
· Punctual, regular and consistent attendance with occasional on-call after hours
· Must be able to read and write in English
· Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
- Transportation management systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
