The account executive is responsible for the promotion of the laboratory diagnostic technology services and managing active clinic accounts. We are positioned to provide nation-wide testing.
Job Description
- Manage all inquiries for service
- Maintain accounts by providing routine follow ups
- Assist clients with onboarding and education of services
- Maintain proficient level of competitive knowledge.
- Adhere to all State and Federal guidelines
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements (HIPAA)
- Adhere to Encompass Laboratories Code of Ethics and Compliance Policies and Protocols
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be familiar with general medical laboratory standard protocols
- Experience in managing accounts
- Ability to conduct demonstrations and provide technical support when needed
- Leadership experience or qualities to drive sales initiatives and lead a team to success
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:
- laboratory account management: 3 years (Preferred)
