This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn between $55,000 and $65,000 in the first year through commissions and bonuses. Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Work Schedule

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
• Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
• Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
• Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.

• Licensing Requirements:
• You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
• The preferred candidate would have their license or have experience. Would consider an inexperienced candidate who is eager to get into the insurance industry. Bonus if bilingual.
• Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
