- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

- Collaborate with the inside sales team to support lead generation efforts and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or software-related field.
- Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a commitment to building long-term relationships.

- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
