Opportunity:
Apple Exteriors is a trusted exterior home improvement company serving the Minnesota territory for over a decade. Our experienced team specializes in roofing, siding, windows, and storm damage repairs. We are not only dedicated to improving or restoring the property's value but also energy efficiency and functionality as well.

We are currently seeking a couple highly motivated W-2 Sales Representatives to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We offer a "beyond reasonable" base salary plus commissions. AS a salesperson with Apple Exteriors, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building networking relationships, conducting presentations, drafting agreements, and closing and collecting on your deals. This is a hybrid role, primarily based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro., but with flexibility and with some remote work.

Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Utilize our CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the construction process
- Stay up to date with industry trends and exterior products

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in exterior home products or related sales is a plus but NOT necessary
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Fluency in is a plus
- Excellent closing, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales requirements
- Experience in customer service or business relationships is preferred

- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is a must
