Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) ; Notary License a plus/or willing to be licensed through company.
Knowledge:
- Comfortable in talking to others to convey information effectively
- Proficiency in English and basic math skills
- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Working knowledge of mail, shipping and Point of Sale (POS) Systems preferred
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
- Print and Adobe knowledge preferred.
Notary License a plus/or willing to be licensed through company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Maintain records related to sales.
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
- Process returns received from customers
- Ensure proper presentation and displays are in place for assigned area
