Summary:

We are looking for Sales Manager who can help sales representative meet the goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and purchase of vehicles for retail sale as well as wholesale activities
• Supervise car sales staff; ability to take T/Os
• Works closely with Pre-Owned Sales Manager to accurately appraise all trade-ins and coordinate all reconditioning
• Insure all aspects of inventory control, new car lot, advertising, get ready and deliveries are controlled professionally as well as cost-effectively
• Responsible for administrating the new car departments daily operations and coordinating activities for all department employees

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of a proven track record of success excelling as a New Car Sales Manager at a high-volume franchise dealership
• Must have experience working with various dealer solutions such as vAuto
• Professional appearance and strong communications skills
• Advanced computer skills is a plus
• Proven track record of success
• Strong record of positive CSI ratings
• Team-oriented with a passion for coaching and development
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
